It can realize functions such as operation, prompting, and help. Two databases, real-time and historical, are established in the computer. The historical database can realize the historical record and storage function of process parameters, which is convenient for the traceability of product quality and the management and analysis of production status. The real-time database can dynamically display the running status of the entire production line and monitor the process parameters. The recording and generation of various statistical reports can be completed through the database function.
The production line system operates in two states: automatic and manual. When the automatic state fails, manual control can be selected. After the fault is eliminated, the automatic operation can be resumed, and the entire line will not be affected due to the failure of a certain station, resulting in production stoppage. The production line is equipped with a manual operation box on the operation surface, which can realize manual/automatic conversion, system start/emergency stop and translation and lifting operations; there is a self-diagnosis function when the driving program is running. Prevent the occurrence of faults such as over-limit translation, over-limit lift and motor overheating.
Improving the automation control of electroplating equipment can not only effectively improve production efficiency, reduce labor intensity of workers, but also carry out targeted structural design that cannot be achieved by traditional manual production according to product characteristics, thereby improving the quality of electroplating products. For example, for the barrel plating production line, the automatic operation design of the automatic opening and closing of the barrel door and the swing barrel is carried out. In the production process, when the drum is rotated until the drum door faces the anode, the drum door is opened, so that the solution in the drum can be updated in time; and because there is no shielding of the drum door, the power line remains relatively unobstructed, When the constant voltage is maintained, the current density during electroplating increases accordingly, which can speed up the deposition rate of the coating and effectively avoid the problem of "barrel printing" on the workpiece.
